شروط استخدام تحدي البلونات
1. اللعبة والاستوديو
تحدي البلونات لعبة ألغاز وتصويب فقاعات من Omni Code. تخص هذه الشروط اللعبة، ولتصفح موقع الاستوديو شروط مستقلة.
اللعبة قيد التطوير؛ لا يمثل إعلان «قريبًا» وعدًا بتاريخ إصدار محدد.
2. الاستخدام
بعد توفر التطبيق، يمكنك استخدامه للعب الشخصي وفق إعدادات جهازك وشروط المتجر الذي حصلت منه عليه.
لا تتضمن اللعبة حساب لاعب أو دردشة أو لعبًا تنافسيًا عبر خادم في الإصدار الأول.
3. السعر والخيارات
يتيح تصميم الإصدار الأول اللعب الأساسي والإعادة مجانًا، دون اشتراك أو مشتريات داخل التطبيق أو طاقة مدفوعة.
تُكتسب المساعدات والعملات والنجوم داخل اللعبة. لا توجد مدفوعات من موقع الاستوديو لشراء عناصر هذه اللعبة.
4. العناصر الافتراضية
العملات والمساعدات والنجوم وسيلة للتقدم داخل اللعبة. ليس لها قيمة نقدية، ولا تُستبدل بالمال أو تُباع أو تُنقل بين الأجهزة أو اللاعبين.
قد تتغير تفاصيل المكافآت والتوازن في تحديثات اللعبة.
5. الإعلانات والمكافآت
إعلانات المكافأة اختيارية عند تفعيلها وتوفرها. تُمنح المكافأة بعد تأكيد المزود استحقاقها.
إغلاق الإعلان مبكرًا أو فشل تحميله قد يعني عدم استحقاق المكافأة؛ لا يتوقف اللعب الأساسي. لا يمكن استلام المكافأة نفسها أكثر من مرة.
6. التقدم المحلي
التقدم محفوظ محليًا. لا توجد مزامنة سحابية أو حساب للاستعادة.
حذف التطبيق أو إعادة ضبط التقدم قد يفقد بيانات اللعب. النسخ الاحتياطية التي ينشئها النظام تخضع لإعدادات الجهاز ولا تمثل خدمة استعادة يوفرها الاستوديو.
7. الاستخدام المسؤول
لا تستخدم اللعبة أو اسمها وأصولها لانتحال هوية الاستوديو أو التحايل على المكافآت أو نشر نسخة تدّعي أنها رسمية.
حقوقك في الاستخدام المسموح أو ما يجيزه القانون لا تُلغى بهذه الشروط.
8. الأصول والبرمجيات
اسم الاستوديو وأصول اللعبة المقدمة معه محمية بما ينطبق عليها من حقوق. تخضع بعض مكوّنات البرمجيات والخطوط لتراخيص أطرافها.
استخدام التطبيق لا ينقل ملكية تلك الأصول. تُرسل طلبات استخدام مواد اللعبة إلى بريد الدعم.
9. التحديثات والمساعدة
قد نصدر تحديثات لإصلاح المشاكل أو تحسين المراحل والأداء وإتاحة التوافق. قد تختلف الصور التطويرية عن النسخة المنشورة.
لا نضمن استعادة حفظ محلي فُقد، لكن يمكننا المساعدة في خطوات التشخيص. تظل حقوق المستخدم المقررة بموجب القواعد التي تنطبق عليه محفوظة.

Balloon Challenge Terms of Use
1. The game and studio
Balloon Challenge is a bubble-shooter puzzle game from Omni Code. These terms apply to the game; browsing the studio site has separate terms.
The game is in development. “Coming soon” is not a promise of a specific release date.
2. Use
After the app becomes available, you may use it for personal gameplay subject to your device settings and the terms of the store from which you obtained it.
The first version does not include a player account, chat or server-based competitive play.
3. Price and options
The first-version design provides core play and retries for free, without subscriptions, in-app purchases or paid energy.
Boosters, coins and stars are earned in the game. The studio website does not accept payments for this game's items.
4. Virtual items
Coins, boosters and stars support progress inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, sold, or transferred between devices or players.
Reward and balance details may change in game updates.
5. Ads and rewards
Rewarded ads are optional when enabled and available. A reward is granted after the provider confirms eligibility.
Closing an ad early or a load failure may mean no reward is earned; core play continues. The same reward cannot be claimed more than once.
6. Local progress
Progress is stored locally. There is no cloud synchronization or account recovery.
Deleting the app or resetting progress may lose gameplay data. System backups depend on device settings and are not a recovery service provided by the studio.
7. Responsible use
Do not use the game, its name or assets to impersonate the studio, bypass rewards, or distribute a copy that claims to be official.
These terms do not remove rights you have under permitted use or applicable law.
8. Assets and software
The studio name and the game assets provided with it are protected by the rights that apply to them. Some software components and fonts are governed by their respective licenses.
Using the app does not transfer ownership of those assets. Send requests to use game materials to support.
9. Updates and help
We may release updates to fix issues, improve levels and performance, or enable compatibility. Development images may differ from the published version.
We cannot guarantee recovery of lost local saves, but we can help with diagnostic steps. Consumer rights under applicable rules remain preserved.
